The main idea, is to express my own ideas through the website, and to collaborate with like-minded people, within the ultimate goal - to implement such ideas into life, or to prove insufficiency or invalidity of them.

I did watch the Jamie Oliver series where he demonstrated how America could change for the better, and was interested to hear that this country, with the advent of Academies, was once more turning away from his common sense directives.
I want to be able to change the way in which we purchase food, expanding our palates in a healthy way, healthy to us and healthy to the environment, the only problem is the cost. I did for a while, use a veg box supplier, but it became increasingly obvious that this was an expensive way for food, but I don't think they were getting the wholesale option, merely the organic farm option.
I will be looking into other veg boxes as a way forward, and thank you for the informatiion you supplied which has put me back on track.
